Cofounder of Women On Screen, a non-profit organization committed to increasing the

representation of women in the entertainment industry. Leadership in areas such as:

• Creating and leading development incubators for female-identifying screenwriters.

• Running female-focused panels, roundtables, networking events and film screenings.

• Advocating for the development of female-driven content and fostering women’s

careers in the film and television industry.
