Bio
Dan hails from Toronto, Ontario, the hockey heartbreak capital of the world. He graduated from Concordia’s Creative Writing Program with a concentration in Playwriting. He is also a graduate of the National Screen Institute’s Totally Television Program, as well as the Canadian Film Centre’s Bell Media Prime TV Program.
Some of his credits include working as co-producer and staff writer on Murdoch Mysteries, Shaftesbury’s hit series on CBC, as well as executive producer and co-creator of Blood & Water, a multicultural crime drama for Breakthrough Entertainment and Rogers. The show received a Canadian Screen Award nomination in 2018 for Best Dramatic Series.
